My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that change begins with being accepted and cared for. With compassion, empathy, and warmth, I help clients create new meaning for themselves that comes from a place of inner strength. Together, we explore new perspectives and experiment with more fulfilling ways of engaging both with themselves and the world.

I work with adolescents and adults and my clinical interests include depression and mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, identity development, life transitions, and family of origin dynamics.

Having lived across Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America, I bring a global perspective to my work. Navigating multiple cultures has given me a deep appreciation for the powerful role culture plays in shaping identity. I invite clients to explore and celebrate their own culturally nuanced ways of understanding and moving through life. I am fluent in both English and French and offer therapy in either language.

I am a certified EMDR therapist and draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including IFS, Mindfulness, ACT, ERP, CBT, and DBT. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol, UK, and hold Master degrees in Social Work and Nonprofit Management from the University of Pennsylvania.

Our team is growing. Stay tuned for our upcoming therapist bios.
